PB50: (Comprehensive Brain-body Training)
Active adults and students love these 50-minute sessions, which provide comprehensive physical and mental training. The sessions are engaging, easy to follow, and challenging at all levels of fitness.

Relax & Refresh "R&R": (Stress & Anxiety)

The R&R program is used by corporate organizations as a cornerstone of their wellness services. These 15-minute sessions are a great way to de-stress and refresh. Do it first in the morning to start your day right, as a mid-day reset, or at the end of a long hard day.
Better Together Program: (Help for the most in need)
Being the caregiver for a loved-one can be difficult, frustrating and tiring. You want to help them but don't know how. So, with no other options, you sit and watch TV with them or have the same repetitive conversations. All the while, you fear that their getting weaker physically, mentally and emotionally. This is an all too familiar story. And until now, there really wasn't much you could do about it.
