FREE POWER BRAINing CLASSES
All we ask for, is feedback about the free classes... no strings attached!
POWER BRAINing is a one-of-a-kind, group training program specifically designed to enhance both brain health and function, as well as physical performance. POWER BRAINing targets such skills as memory, focus, creativity, stress management, breathing control and processing speed, while improving your physical strength, reaction time, balance, motor skills, heart health, dexterity and more.
The Braining Center is conducting a Pilot Launch of POWER BRAINing, at the McLean sport&health, from Oct 25 through Dec 13, 2017
(NOTE: You CAN still register after the program has started.)

"Participants" receive FREE POWER BRAINing Classes throughout the Pilot program, just for providing us with feedback. Details about the Pilot program are below.

ABOUT THE PILOT PROGRAM
WHAT PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE:
FREE POWER BRAINing CLASSES (during the Pilot period)
WHAT WE ASK OF PARTICIPANTS:
Attend 2 or 3 POWER BRAINing classes per week (unless you have a conflict), during Pilot period
Provide your feedback, including a 1-minute survey at the end of each class
PILOT PROGRAM DETAILS:
Pilot Period: Classes run from Wed October 25 until Fri December 13, 2017 (except Nov 22 & 24)
Class Times: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, from Noon until 12:50pm
Class Location: Group X Room, at McLean Sport & Health (the large group training room)
What To Wear: Standard workout gear (soft-sole shoes and comfortable workout attire)
